We are 100% commited to making Lake Narracan the best place for you and your family to live in. We have made sure that your entire experience from booking a land to follow ups and updates, contract signing and securing your land is as easy as possible.
Please follow the steps below to ensure an easy land buying experience
Find the LOT that you are most interested in and enquire online.
We will send you all the information you need to know including brochures, masterplan, full LOT prices on every stage, due diligence and the latest developments on the project.
Please click on book a site inspection link from the email that you receive in Step 2. Select from the available time that best suits you. Shortly , after you book , you will receive another confirmation email about the booking. You will be meeting one of our sales representatives while you go to inspect the land.
If you are happy with everything, you will be asked to pay a $1000 refundable booking fee. You will receive an email that will include our bank details to transfer the funds. However,when making the final decision to buy, speak with a financial advisor to understand your options.Once we receive your funds, we will allocate the land under your name with a 14 day cooling off period. This means you will have 14 days to get a refund incase you decide to change your mind.
At this stage, you will be asked to sign a contract of sale and pay 5% deposit of your total land price. Please note your $1000 booking fee will be added to your deposit as well. Before you sign, you should have a solicitor look over the contract.
The time between when you sign your contract and settlement can vary. We’ll send you regular project updates to your email inbox to let you know how things are progressing. During this time, we’ll also send you updates about our community and events to help you get excited about your new home.
We will email you all the information you need to know about settlement at this stage. You will have a prior notification of 6 months to make neccassary financial arrangement towards settling your land.
Once the conditions of your contract are met, your contract becomes ‘unconditional’ and the land is transferred to your name. This means you’re able to proceed with the contract. Your solicitor now needs to inform our solicitor of this on your behalf.
